Koda Kids & Teens

At Koda CrossFit Iron View, we strive to improve the lives of our members of all ages! Our Kids and Teens Program is designed not only for kids to get stronger, more fit, and improve athletic performance - but to gain confidence both inside and out of the gym walls. And of course, to have FUN!
Each of the youth classes includes a warm up, strength portion and/or skill work, and of course an age-appropriate workout, all in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Coaches provide individualized feedback, ensure proper form, and modify exercises as needed. A very important part of CrossFit is community, and we strive to foster that in our Youth classes.
